What is a snowglobe cup?

A snowglobe cup is a double-walled cup filled with a liquid solution and decorative elements that move inside the cup. Each cup is handmade and customized with care.

What can be done in a snowglobe cup?

Snowglobe cups can be made with a variety of unique effects! Here are some of the styles we can create:

- Glitter A cup filled with glitter that stays suspended throughout the liquid for a while. Over time, the glitter will naturally separate and settle, so simply shake the cup to bring the glitter back to life!

- Waterfall — When the cup is flipped upside down, the liquid and glitter flow downward from the top of the cup, creating a beautiful waterfall effect. Flip it back and watch it flow again!

- Lava — A clear-based cup with one lava color that slowly flows and moves like a lava lamp when the cup is slowly flipped back and forth. Do not shake.

- Dual Lava — The same flowing effect as a lava cup, but with two different lava colors for a unique look. Gently flip the cup back and forth slowly to watch the colors flow. Do not shake.

- Paint — Made using paint and a solution to create a beautiful swirl or milkshake-like appearance. The design is meant to stay in place and does not freely move or mix.

- Mica — A shimmery effect created with mica that can be shaken and moved throughout the cup. Mica will settle to the bottom of the cup after a while, but can be shaken to mix back in.

- Beach — Made with real sand and a special solution to create a beach-inspired look right inside your cup.

- Drink Effects — Fun drink-inspired effects, such as soda and coffee, etc. Fizz can be added on top for special effects.

Can I request a custom design?

We'll discuss your idea and let you know what we can create. Pricing for custom designs varies depending on the design, details, and amount of customization needed.

How long does it take to make my order?

All cups are handmade and made to order, so processing times can vary depending on the type of cup you choose.

Some snowglobe cups require additional time before they can be shipped. Certain styles will need to sit for several days to allow degassing. This extra time allows us to inspect the cup and make sure it is ready to be safely packaged and shipped to you.

The processing time listed on the product page will give you the best estimate for your order.

Why does my snowglobe cup have an air bubble?

A small air bubble is normal and intentional in a snowglobe cup. The air bubble provides room for the liquid to expand and contract with temperature changes, especially during shipping. This helps prevent pressure from building inside the cup.

How should I care for my snowglobe cup?

All acrylic snowglobe cups are for cold or room-temperature drinks only.

To keep your cup looking its best:

  • Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water.
  • Do not place your cup in the dishwasher.
  • Do not microwave.
  • Do not soak your cup.
  • Avoid extreme temperatures and excessive heat.
  • Do not drop or throw your cup.

Important: Some styles such as lavas and paint cups, should not be shaken.

Can I return or exchange a cup?

Because our cups are handmade and customized specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size/color choices, or other customer preference changes.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your cup, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos and your order information so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Can I use a youth transfer on adult apparel?

Yes! Our youth and adult transfers are separated based on what they're typically intended for, but youth transfers can be placed on adult apparel and adult transfers can be placed on youth apparel.

If you're ordering multiple items, please leave a note in your order comments letting us know which transfer goes on which shirt so we can make your order correctly.

How long does it take to make my order?

All custom apparel is made to order. Processing times can vary depending on the item, design, and current order volume. Please check the processing time listed on the product page before placing your order.

How should I wash my custom apparel?

For the longest-lasting care, turn your garment inside out before washing. Use cold or cool water and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. For best results, air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly over the design.

Can I return or exhange custom apparel?

Because custom apparel is made specifically for your order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted due to changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or incorrect color choices.

What platform do you design websites for?

I currently offer website design services for Shopify stores only. If you use another website platform, please contact me before purchasing to see if I can help with your specific needs.

Do I need to give you my login information?

No. You do not need to give me your Shopify password or login information. I use Shopify's partner access system to request the access needed to work on your store.

Do I need to have a Shopify store already?

Not necessarily! Depending on the package you choose, I can help with setting up your Shopify store and getting it ready for you to launch.

Can you redesign my existing Shopify website?

Yes! If you already have a Shopify store, I can help refresh and improve the look and organization of your existing website.

How long will designing my website take?

Turnaround time depends on the package, the amount of information and products you provide, and how quickly everything needed for your website is received. I'll provide an estimated timeframe based on your project.

What if I already have a website and just need graphics?

Absolutely! You don't need to purchase a full website design package if you only need graphics. Graphic bundles are available under add-ons.

Can you make changes after my website is finished?

Yes! If you need updates or changes after your website is completed, Website Maintenance is available as an add-on. This can be used for additional updates or changes to your Shopify website after your original project is finished.
